Leadership

BISHOP DR. KWABENA KIBBY OTOO

Bishop Dr. Kibby K. Otoo is the Presiding Bishop of Action Ministries in the Americas & Caribbean (AMAC). Affectionately known as Bishop Kibby, he was called to ministry in 1995 in his native land of Ghana, West Africa. He was trained in ministry and served for 20 years as a trusted Assistant to Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, founder of Christian Action Faith Ministries in Accra, Ghana. As a servant-leader, he traveled the world ministering alongside the Archbishop, experiencing the awesome manifestation of God’s power in many meetings and
international conferences. He has also served as the National Prayer Coordinator for Christian Action Faith Ministries – organizing strategic prayer globally among leaders and lay people.

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams has established Action Ministries in the Americas and Caribbean – AMAC (formerly Action Chapel North America) with Bishop Kibby Otoo as overseer. AMAC covers Action Chapel Church plantings in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Bahamas, and Canada. The thriving Action Chapels of Alexandria, Virginia, Laurel and Baltimore, Maryland are a foundation from which will spring more Action Chapels across the United States, Canada, Central & South America, and the Caribbean Islands. Bishop Kibby’s ministry has impacted thousands in London, England; Seoul, Korea; South Korea; across the United States, the Caribbean, and
many African nations.

Bishop Kibby received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana and his Masters of Divinity (M.Div.) from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He later received an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Bishop Kibby is married to the lovely Lady Elsie Otoo and has four heaven-sent daughters, Miracle, Christina, Zoe, and Angela.
